مقدمة

«معلّم» (Muallim) تطبيق دليل خدمات منزلية وتجارية في سوريا يساعد المستخدمين على العثور على معلّمين (مقدّمي خدمات) والتواصل معهم. نحن نحترم خصوصيتك ونوضّح في هذه السياسة ما الذي نجمعه فعلياً ولماذا وكيف نستخدمه، بناءً على عمل التطبيق الحالي.

يمكنك تصفّح التطبيق دون إنشاء حساب. إنشاء حساب اختياري ويُطلب فقط لكتابة التقييمات والمراجعات.

١. البيانات التي نجمعها

إذا اخترت إنشاء حساب عبر البريد الإلكتروني أو رقم الهاتف (OTP):

عند التقدّم للتسجيل كمعلّم، نجمع:

تُرسل هذه البيانات إلى قاعدة بيانات Supabase (جدول providers). الطلب يُحفظ بحالة غير نشطة (is_active: false) إلى حين المراجعة.

إفصاح مهم للمعلّمين: بمجرد تفعيل ملفك، ستكون بيانات الاتصال (الاسم، الهاتف، واتساب، المدينة، الحي، الفئة، النبذة، والصور) مرئية علناً لمستخدمي التطبيق — فهذا جوهر عمل التطبيق. بتقديمك طلب التسجيل، فإنك توافق على هذا الإفصاح.

التطبيق دليل خدمات عام موجّه للبالغين وأسر تبحث عن معلّمين. لا يستهدف الأطفال دون ١٣ عاماً ولا نجمع عن قصد بيانات منهم. إذا علمت أن طفلاً قدّم بيانات، تواصل معنا لحذفها.

٨. الأمان

نستخدم Supabase مع صلاحيات صفّية (Row Level Security). رغم ذلك، لا يوجد نقل إلكتروني آمن بنسبة ١٠٠٪ — نتخذ إجراءات معقولة لحماية البيانات.

قد نحدّث هذه السياسة. سنغيّر تاريخ السريان أعلاه. استمرارك في استخدام التطبيق بعد التحديث يعني موافقتك على النسخة المحدّثة.

Introduction

Muallim is a home- and trade-services directory app for Syria. It helps users find service providers (“muallim”) and contact them. This policy describes what the app actually does with data, based on the current codebase.

You can browse without an account. Sign-in is optional and required only to submit ratings and reviews.

1. Data We Collect

A) Location

  • The app requests foreground (while-in-use) location to sort providers by proximity.
  • GPS coordinates are used on-device only to calculate distance — they are not sent to our servers or Supabase.
  • If you deny permission, the app uses your selected city center as a fallback — also processed locally.
  • On the Map screen (Android), Google Maps may process your location under Google’s Privacy Policy.

B) On-device preferences (not uploaded)

  • Favorites: provider IDs in AsyncStorage — not synced to the server.
  • City / neighborhood settings: stored locally in AsyncStorage — not uploaded.
  • Auth session: if signed in, Supabase stores session tokens locally in AsyncStorage.

C) Account data (optional — for reviews)

If you create an account (email/password or phone OTP):

  • Email and/or phone, password or OTP verification.
  • Display name if provided at sign-up.
  • Managed via Supabase Auth and stored on Supabase servers.

D) Ratings & reviews

  • Reviews require sign-in — tied to your Supabase account ID (user_id), not an anonymous on-device ID.
  • Stored: star rating (1–5), optional comment, display name (author_name), timestamps.
  • Publicly shown to others: display name, stars, comment, date — not your email or phone.
  • One review per account per provider (you may edit your review).
  • Stored in Supabase reviews table.

E) Provider registration

When registering as a provider, we collect:

  • Name, phone number, WhatsApp number.
  • City, neighborhood(s), service category, about text.
  • Profile photo and work photos (selected from your device gallery).

Submitted to Supabase (providers table). Listings start inactive (is_active: false) until reviewed.

Provider notice: once your profile is activated, your contact details (name, phone, WhatsApp, city, neighborhood, category, about, photos) are publicly visible to app users — that is the app’s core function. By registering, you consent to this disclosure.

F) What we do not collect

  • We do not read WhatsApp messages.
  • No third-party analytics or ad SDKs in the current app code.
  • We do not sell your personal data.

2. Why We Use Data

  • Sort providers by distance (location — on-device).
  • Display, search, and filter the provider directory.
  • Enable phone/WhatsApp contact (your choice).
  • Process provider registration requests.
  • Publish accountable reviews (one account, one review per provider).
  • Save favorites and settings locally for convenience.

3. Where Data Is Stored

  • On your device: favorites, city settings, Supabase auth session tokens.
  • Supabase (EU — Frankfurt, eu-central-1): provider records, reviews, registered user accounts.

4. Third-Party Sharing

  • Supabase: database hosting and authentication.
  • WhatsApp / Meta: when you tap WhatsApp, the app opens a wa.me link — communication happens outside the app. We do not read messages.
  • Google Maps (Android map screen): may receive location data per Google’s policy.
  • Phone dialer: opens via tel: links — outside the app.

We do not share data for advertising.

5. Retention

  • Provider and review data: until deletion is requested or we remove it administratively.
  • User accounts: until you delete your account or request deletion.
  • On-device data: until you uninstall the app or clear its storage.
  • GPS: not stored on our servers — used momentarily on-device only.

6. Your Rights

You may:

  • Access data we hold about you.
  • Correct your review in-app; contact us for provider profile corrections.
  • Delete — request account, provider profile, or review deletion via email below.
  • Withdraw consent — revoke location/photos permissions in device settings.
  • Sign out from the Profile tab.

7. Children

Muallim is a general services directory for adults and families seeking providers. It is not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect children’s data. Contact us to delete any such data.

8. Security

We use Supabase with Row Level Security. No method of electronic storage is 100% secure; we take reasonable measures to protect data.

9. Changes

We may update this policy. The effective date at the top will change. Continued use after updates means you accept the revised policy.
